What to Pack
Packing thoughtfully allows you to stay comfortable, safe, and prepared throughout the trip. If you’re unsure about an item, it’s always better to bring it!
Be sure to bring the following essentials:
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Closed-toe/athletic shoes
Work gloves
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Insect repellent
At least two pairs of long jeans or work pants
T-shirts
Bath towel
Modest, church-appropriate attire for Sunday Liturgy
Reusable water bottle
Flip-flops for showering
Warm clothes/coat - nighttime temperatures can get cold!
Health Insurance Information
Be sure to have either your health insurance card or a (digital) copy of your information

Choosing clothing that is modest and practical is essential for our missions and our safety. When in doubt, opt for coverage and comfort—thank you for helping us represent our team and our mission well!
Please leave the following items at home:
Swimsuits
Mini skirts/shorts
Low-rise or torn jeans
Spaghetti strap tops
Shoes with spike heels
Prohibited items
Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, illegal drugs, alcohol, and weapons of any sort (including knives) are prohibited on any YOCAMA trips.
